Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order please email customercare@tangoswim.com.au and our team will assist you.

Items can be returned for a store credit for following reasons;

- Sizing issue. If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange/ return your order. Subject to stock we will send out your correct size or issue you with a store credit valued at your returned item.

Or

- Manufacturing fault on the garment. If you receive your garment and there is a production fault, we will replace your item or issue you with a store credit option.

Items must be received by our warehouse prior to credits or exchange being issued.

Items must be unworn with hygiene tags attached. Items not able to be returned in this condition will not be accepted.

Please note; We do not accept 'change of mind' as an eligible return criteria.

To make a return, please email the team with your order number.

All orders can be returned within 30 days.

Once we have received the order return, the store credit will be issued within 14 days.

Are there any shipping costs?

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Additionally, sale items are not eligible for a return. 

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable service when returning your item, as TANGO Swim cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to customercare@tangoswim.com.au and we will contact the shipping company.

Processing time for returns

We endeavour to process returns daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed by our team. 

You will receive email notification once your store credit has been issued. If you have chosen to exchange your item, you will receive an email notification once this has been shipped with the new tracking details.

Please note, exchanges are subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed by our team. 

Faulty items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Support team customercare@tangoswim.com.au with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. 

Full priced items

Full-priced items are eligible for store credit/ exchange. 

Promotional codes/ Sale Items

Any items marked as No Returns are Final Sale and not eligible for returns. You’ll see this on the product page if applies.

Items purchased during a flash sale or promotion are eligible for either:

  • Store credit (for the discounted amount paid); or
  • Exchange for the same item in a different size (even if the price has gone up after the sale); or
  • Exchange for any item in our store of equal/ lesser value, based on the price you paid for the item during the sale.
